Welcome to the website of FL181 or the National Federation of Federal Employees-International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, ALF-CIO. Our local represents the collective bargaining unit of federal employees of the US Army Corps of Engineers-Walla Walla Districts. Employees in our bargaining unit provide a direct, hands-on service to the American Taxpayer in the form of recreation, environmental stewardship, protection of endangered species, infrastructure maintenance, and economic development. Through collective bargaining, cooperation of other labor unions and locals, legislative action, and productive labor-management relationships, we strive to promote favorable and safe working conditions, job security, and the economic well-being of federal employees so that they may continue to provide an efficient and productive service to America.
